Walking Tennis Session - Tennis at Your Pace
Friday 10.30am - 12.00pm Parkinsons Specific Session
Walking tennis is a safe, fun and inclusive way of getting active on a tennis court.
It’s a game for anyone that wants to play tennis, but at their own pace. No running or jumping and you can let the ball bounce twice. Less speed but just as much fun!
Ideal for anybody looking to build their confidence, improve their general health and well-being with light exercise. Great for socialising and meeting new people.
